On September 13, 2021, in the Sanatorium "Almaty Resort" for the employees of the Branch in an online format through the Zoom platform, together with a representative from the BRF of the Nur Otan party, Arkhabaeva Asel Daletaliyevna, the main provisions of the "Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.K. Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan. Asel Arkhabaeva outlined the main program ideas of the President of the country for the coming years.

Among the main initiatives and program ideas of the Message is the allocation of funding to the healthcare system for the development of infrastructure, training and providing the population with medicines. It was also said about accelerating the purchase of vaccines for immunization of the population against vaccine-preventable diseases in accordance with the National Immunization Schedule and much more. At the end, the Chairman of the PPO S. Beisembayeva spoke, summing up that the instructions and initiatives of the Head of State were received positively and accepted for implementation.

The Head of Government stressed that each state and local executive body should immediately begin to fulfill the instructions and initiatives of the Head of State.

In addition, the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan instructed to create a National Biosafety Forecasting System and adopt the Law “On Biological Safety”.

The President of Kazakhstan once again reminded that for our citizens, harmony, tolerance is life itself, reality itself, due to the interpenetration of cultures and languages.

The most relevant and timely are the instructions of the President, which directly affect every citizen of the country. Among them - in the economic block of the Message - the concept of public finance management and the development of the National Fund, the extension of the programs "Economy of Simple Things" and "Business Roadmap", the new architecture of digital government. All of them are aimed at improving the quality of life of Kazakhstanis.
