“Unfortunately, the disease continues to claim the lives of Kazakhstanis. Behind the official reports lie the tragedies of hundreds of families. Someone lost their father, mother, brother, sister, son and daughter. I express my condolences to the families and friends of the dead. This is a common tragedy for all of us. Therefore, I made a decision to declare July 13 as the Day of National Mourning for Kazakhstanis who became victims of the pandemic. I am sure that each of us, wherever he is on this day, will honor the memory of those who have left, "K. Tokayev said in his address.
